Return & Refund
At Shoeride, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or refunds after this period.
How to Request a Return
- To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@shoeride.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The name of the product you wish to return or exchange
- Photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue or defect
- For your return to be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
- Products must include all original packaging, tags, and labels.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and the customer will bear all associated costs.
Return Shipping
- Please use registered mail with a tracking number when returning your item. We are not responsible for lost returns without a tracking record.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees in the following cases:
- Incorrect Orders: If you ordered the wrong item or size, you are responsible for the shipping fees both ways. If you opt for a refund instead of an exchange, only the product price will be refunded.
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note: Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Shoe accessories (laces, socks, polish, etc.)
- Final sale items
